I'm assuming you're relatively new :)
when nothing's posted for a while (i.e. 42 minutes) someone posts a "insert random amount of time" rule , which is usually just a photo of a car or a gif or something along those lines

What PetarVN said. People usually go by nice increments, ie 30 minute rule, one hour rule... But I just wanted an excuse to post that fine Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser.
